⑧ ⑧ 硕士学位论文 MASTER’S THESIS Abstract The defence ability against microbe in environment shows that organism has perfect defense mechanisms SO as to they have response to bacterial invasion or wound．People ever thought that creatures resist infection with their cellar and humoral immunity．But the deep researches 0n antibacterial peptides indicate that they are important parts of the innate immune response to bacterial invasion。They are the fist line of defense against enviromnent infection for the organism．On the other hand，their broad biology activity against bacterium，fungi，virus，parasite and even tumorous cells has demonstrated the great potential and application of antibacterial peptides in medicine pharmacy，agriculture，food Industry and many other fields． Now,the study on insect antibacterial peptides is more than on mammalian antibacterial peptides，at the same time，most of researches on antibacterial peptides are using live body。In contrast，the reports on antibacterial peptides using cultured cells are very few．Actually，there are more advantages and significance to use cultured cell lines compared with the intact insects in many aspects．So we induced antibacterial peptides from cultured cells． First，eleven cultured cells include three insect cells，six mammalian and two tanlorous cells were stimulated with heat．killed Ecoli DH5a．the antibacterial peptides were secreted to the culture medium．Our results are as following： 1．The relation between the time of induction and the activities of antibacterial peptides showed the activities were promoted at 4 hr,then increased gradually to a peak point at 20 hr and then dropped rapidly． 2．The relation between the concentration of inducement and the activity of antibacterial peptides showed that different cell Call bear different concentration of bacteria，but we thought 1 500 bacteria／cell had the better induce effect to most cells． 3．Results of antimicrobial activity spectrum assay indicated that antibacterial 111 ⑧
