-10- Clinical Journal of Chinese Medicine 2015 Vol.(7) No.33 《伤寒论》中沉脉临床意义探析 The clinical significance of analysis of Sunken pulse in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases 张 涛 （聊城市第二人民医院，山东 聊城，252600） 中图分类号：R241.11 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 1674-7860（2015）33-0010-02 【摘 要】目的：沉脉是临床中常见的脉象，而仲景对脉诊的运用颇为灵活，独具匠心，时至今日，仍为临床脉诊运用之典 范，在辨证意义上也有很多特殊之处。故本论文期望通过整理《伤寒论》中该方面的条文并对其临床意义进行探讨，使仲景脉法 能够更好的运用于临床。方法：本论文全面的整理了《伤寒论》中涉及沉脉的所有条文，并从生理性沉脉和病理性沉脉两个方面 对其临床意义进行了探讨。结果：沉脉主里证。并可分为里阳虚证、营血不足、痰饮病、水热互结、瘀血内结、里有积滞、邪热 内扰七种证型。结论：仲景脉法博大精深，系统整理《伤寒论》中有关脉法的条文，必能提高中医的临床疗效，更好的为人类健 康服务。 【关键词】沉脉；伤寒论 【Abstract 】Objective: Sunken pulse is the common clinical pulse manifestations. Zhongjing’s using pulse diagnosis is quite flexible and skillful. Nowadays, he still was a model of using the pulse diagnosis in the clinic. Especially, some pulse’s description has unique traits and has significant meaning in syndrome differentiation ．So this thesis expects to made a collation of the related articles in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and to made an investigation on the clinical significance, so that Zhongjing ’s sphygmology can be used better in the clinic.Method: This thesis has made a complete collation of the related articles in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and has made an investigation on the clinical significance from the both aspects of physiological sunken pulse and pathological sunken pulse.Result:Sunken pulse governs the internal syndromes, which can be divided into seven types of deficiency of internal Yang, shortage of nutritive Qi and blood, phlegm
