探讨卒中后认知障碍的早期康复治疗 大庆油田总医院集团龙南医院康复科163453 目的探讨并分析卒中后认知障碍早期康复治疗对患者康复效果的影 响。方法此次研究的对象是选择2013年1—12月该院收治的88例确诊并开始 治疗的脑卒中患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为观察和对照两组, 每组44例。对照组患者进行规范、系统的康复治疗与指导，观察组在对照组治 疗的基础上再进行专门认知康复训练，并使用简易智能状态检查(mini-mental state examination, MMSE)量表、运动功能和ADL能力评分分别采用Fugl-Meyer 分级及改良Barthel指数评分对患者进行效果比较。结果 康复治疗3个月后观 察组患者的MMSE评分为(25.9plusmn;1.71)分、Fugl-Meyer评分 (56.92plusmn;1.86)分、Barthel 评分(68.13plusmn;3.64)分；对照组患者 的 MMSE 评分为(21.68plusmn;1.7)分、Fugl-Meyer 评分(41.22plusmn;1.47) 分、Barthel 评分(51.56plusmn;1.97)分，差异有统计学意义(PIt; 0.05),观 察组患者康复效果优于对照组。结论早期康复治疗对脑卒中患者的认知功能障 碍有明显的改善作用。值得临床应用。 关键词 脑卒中；认知障碍；康复干预 [Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke. Methods the study object is 2013 ? 1 December the hospital of 88 cases with choice and begin treatment of stroke patients, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and divided randomly for observation and control group, 44 cases in each group. Patients of control group were treated with rehabilitation treatment and guidanee system specifications, and the observation group in the control treatment group based on specialized cognitive rehabilitati on trai ning and use mini men tai state examination (mini men tai state exami nation, MMSE) scale, moveme nt function and ADL scores were used to Fugl Meyer grades and Barthel index score of patients results were compared.
