手术室优质护理服务模式对预防腹部手术切口感染的影响 李红岩(商丘市第一人民医院手术室河南商丘476100) [ ]目的:研究实施手术室优质护理服务模式对预防腹部手术切口感 染的应用效果。方法以随机方式选择2014年1月至2015年1月在木院实施 腹部手术治疗的患者60例，将其分为对照组与观察组各30例，对照组实施常规 护理，观察组则选用优质护理服务模式治疗，观察并比较两组患者的护理满意度 及手术切口感染率。结果经护理后观察组与对照组的护理总满意率分别为 93.3%、80.0%,观察组显著优于对照组，差异显箸(PV0.05)。经护理后观察组 患者的手术切口感染率为3.3%,明显低于对照组的13.3%,差异显著(P0.05)o 结论对进行腹部手术的患者行优质护理服务模式可明显减少腹部手术切口感染 率，提升患者对护理人员及其工作的满意程度，值得推广。 关键词腹部手术；切口感染；优质护理；疗效 The operating room high quality nursing service mode to prevent abdominal incision infection Li Gongyan (shangqiu first peoples hospital operating room Henan shangqiu, 476100) [abstract] : objective: to study the implementation of the operating room nursing service mode for preventing the application effect of abdominal incision infection.
