中文提要厂 中文提要 厂 一、认类历史已经迈进21世纪，经济社会的飞速发展对教育事业的 发展提出了更高的要求，与之相适应的塾宣夔堇方兴末艾。教师队 伍建设则是教育事业改革与发展的根本保证。关于教师地位、教师 素质、教育行政管理、学校中的教师管理研究很多，而有关教师队 伍建设的深入研究不是很多，其中关于区域教师队伍建设的研究大 多停留在国家和省(或经济协作区)这一层次，作宏观或中观的研 ～ 、／ 究。j本文通过对成都市锦江区童丛!堂熬墟队伍现状的分析f一尝试找 出当前在西部发达地区的区(县)一级在教师从伍建设中存在的问 题，如学历提高的任务仍然较重，学历提高中非师范化倾向；年龄 结构不尽合理，中青年教师队伍需要加强；职称结构需要改善，高 级职称队伍中的青年教师比例亟待提高；师生比相对偏低，用人效 益不高；当前教师队伍的能力结构不能适应教育发展的需要；师德 建设不容忽视，等等。本文从当前教师管理体制，教师培训机制等 方面对形成上述问题的原因进行了较深层次的探讨。并结合本地区 实际情况，从优化区域教师队伍建设目标，探索富有活力的教师管 理体制，构建高质量的教师培训体系以及发挥教师主体性等方面， 提出了锦江区加强教师队伍建设的对策与建议。 The The time iS in 21 century,our education has more important task from this high developing economic society．Teacher training should be the base of educationaI evolution and development。There are a Iot of studies about the important status of teacher in the society,teacher diathesis，education administration，and how to arrange the teachers at schools．But there are few studies detailed for teacher training．Even there are some research on this field，but they are only about alI the state and provinces(or regions of economic cooperation)，they are only grand and wide research but not exact detail for IocaI development research．This thesis analyzes the current situation of primary and second schools’teachers group of JingJiang prefecture of Chengdu city, as well as try to find the issue of teachers group improving program at such local prefecture as county Ieve|_n western developed areas of China． Such as the pressure on advancing teacher educational level。the problems of no teaching training tendency in advancing teachers7 record of formal educational level program，the problems of age system of teacher group，how to improve middle—young age teacher group， ameliorating the title of teaching pOst system，improving the numbers of the young age teachers to get high title of teaching post,the teachers number cannot focus the big number of students，the low benefit of teachers capability,and teacher，s ability cannot suitable for educationaI development，and the pr
