我国航空医疗救援护士培养模式研究 魏建民魏彦芳朱倩雪 北京市红十字会急诊抢救中心 目的分析适合我国国情的航空医疗救援护上培养模式，建立适合我国国情的 航空医疗救援护士资质准入标准与培训标准。方法冋顾性分析我中心2010年 9月至2016年9月航空医疗救援护士的培训情况，总结我屮心近6年航空医疗 救援护士培训的实践经验。参照国家卫生计生委《专科护理领域护士培训大纲》 和国内外各专业专科护士培养方法，结合北京市护理专业特点和专科护士培训 要求，制定航空医疗救援护士培训计划。培训内容为医学相关知识、航空飞行相 关知识和综合性培训。采用集中理论授课、情景模拟培训、案例分析和临床实践 相结合的方法进行授课。通过专业培训考核，其屮客观结构化临床考试30%,理 论考核15%,操作考核15%,学习报告15%,专科护理综述书写15%,培训考勤 5%,培训表现5%,总分80分以上为合格，给予资格认证。认证满5年后进行复 训，考核合格给予延续认证。结果:共培养航空医疗救援护士 30人，平均考核成 绩86. 7分。通过系统专业培训，护士的航空救援相关知识与专业理论知识、操 作技能与综合素质得到显著提高。结论:我屮心航空医疗救护护士培训取得显著 效果，是培养航空医疗救援护士的有效模式。 关键词 航空;医疗救援;专科护士;培养; 魏建民，本科，副主任护师，北京市红十字会999急救中心航空医疗 救援队成员， :530864155@qq. com :2016-11-22 Study on training mode of Chinese aviation medical rescue nurse specialist WEI Jianmin WEI Yanfang ZHU Qianxue Beijng Red Cross Emergency Medical Center; Abstract Objective: To an al yze the t raining mode of aviation medical rescue nurse specialist suit able for Chinese natio rml cond itio ns，and to cst ablish the qualification standards and training standards for the aviation medical rescue specialist.
