This will baffle baking’s development continently heavy. At present, the control of commerce bank’s cost and partnership of cost and benefit have become puzzling question on theoretic and practice. Study deeply has great meaning. In this article, it study cost meaning and control in bank from cost definition beginning. It definition the changing of cost and rule of controlled. From practice case, It open out process of cost controlled from activity-based costing, balance of profit, and cost model. At the end, it explore the way of cost developing, facing pressure of foreign bank.. One hand, offer humanistic serves to customs. On the other hand, study and use for reference advanced experience and skills from foreign capital bank, strengthen analysis and control of bank’s cost. Broaden e-bank, foreign currency, future deals, and so on, put the cost controlled in improve profit in fact.
