师范生以、lt道德教育探讨 摘要 教师必须只有较高的职业道德水平，这是山教师的职业特点决定的。然而，目前我囚 的教师队伍中却在在一些不容忽视的问题，如 I缺乏职业理想、缺乏敬业:f\i t1jl 、缺乏对施教 对象的关爱、不注意为人师表、不能做到教书育人等。 高质量的教育需要高素质的教师，培养高素质教师的任务必须由师范院佼米承担，而 培养师范生的职业道德索质是师范教市的重要内容之一。囚此，本文在借鉴中外教师职业 道德理论与实践的基础 r.，通过对我省师范生职业道德教厅现状的调查，分析了在师范尘 职业道德教育中存在以下问题:教育理念陈旧、课程设雪甲 、教材边编欠妥等。据此， 本文提山了 1i.项改进策略，即:更新教育理念， 体现师范特巴:改变课程设霄，实施全程 教育;丰富教材内容，突出案例分析;采用多种形式，注重教育实效;加强师德建设，倡 导全!J!参与。 关键词:调查教师职业道德课程教材政治思想教育 师范生 J (业i过德教育探讨 Abstract The professional peculi arity dem ands L haL teachcrs should h a vc highcr professional ethics.
