摘 摘 要 摘 要 发展战略是战略管理者从企业快速成长阶段和经营角度出发，以“发展才 是硬道理”作为企业的核心内容，不断地开发新技术、开拓新市场，应用新的 管理和生产方式，适时扩大企业的规模，提高企业的竞争力而采用的战略管理 方式。成功的企业都经历过发展型战略实施期。本文以沈阳远达环保工程有限 公司为研究对象，对公司发展战略进行了理论分析和实证研究。 沈阳远达环保工程有限公司是主要从事环境保护工程总承包和环境污染治 理设施运营服务的企业，正处于发展阶段。论文对企业战略管理及发展战略理 论进行了分析研究，在这个基础上，借助 PEST、“五力模型”等战略分析工具， 深入分析了公司在这个竞争时代所处的内外部环境和行业发展趋势，客观剖析 了沈阳远达公司当前所面临的发展机遇和挑战以及公司所具备的优势和存在的 不足(即劣势)，确定了企业可行的战略方向，并对企业发展战略进行了分析选择。 采取纵向一体化相关多元化发展战略和采取在原有市场开发相关行业的多元化 战略。为保障公司发展战略的有效实施，明确了战略实施的基本原则和重点， 提出了组织结构调整、加强制度建设与执行、加强企业文化建设等保障措施， 以成功实现企业的战略目标。 关键词：环保产业 环境分析 发展战略 Abstract ABSTRACT Development strategy is the strategy management from the enterprise view of the rapid growth and operation, taking the development as the core of the enterprises, and guide enterprises to continuously develop new products, develop new markets, with the new production and management methods, so as to expand the scale of enterprises, improve the competitive position, enhance the enterprises competition strength and to take the strategic management methods. From the perspective of enterprise development, the success of any enterprise will experience growth strategy of varying lengths of the implementation period.
