I I 摘 要 摘 要 梁漱溟作为新儒家思想的代表人物，他的一生是十分具有传奇色彩的。早年时期梁 漱溟深受佛家思想的熏陶，后期由于家庭和社会的变故,导致他放弃佛学而转向儒学，从 而后半生致力于儒家文化的复兴。在其著作《东西文化及其哲学》中，他认为要想实现 中国社会的彻底改造必须复兴中国传统伦理文化，这也是他后期开展乡村建设运动的理 论基础。 作为典型的知行合一的实践者，梁漱溟认为中国传统社会是以伦理为本位，以乡村 为基础的社会。近代中国动荡不安，社会崩溃，乡村破坏的根本原因乃是西方文化思想 的冲击。因此，建设新社会组织需要从乡村文化入手，建立起新的伦理关系。他十分重 视传统伦理文化，并以人生向上作为根本精神，继承并发展了传统的“乡约”思想：“德 业相助、过失相规、礼俗相交、患难相恤”，构建具有新礼俗的社会组织。他肯定解决 农村问题的重要性，重视教育，提倡民主、平等、自由，激发农民合作及进取意识，提 倡理论与实践相结合。 由于当时特殊的国情，梁漱溟的乡村建设最终失败了，但是他提出的许多解决方案 对于当时乡村的发展与建设还是起到了积极有效的影响。他对中国乡村建设的思考与实 践，对于今天我们迫切的解决“三农”问题，建设社会主义新农村，构建和谐社会有着 深刻的伦理启示。 关键词 梁漱溟 乡村建设 伦理 II II Abstract Abstract Liang Shuming is the representative of the new Confucianism, his life is legendary. As a Chinese future explorers, he devoted all his life to the national .The Early Years of Liang Shuming was deeply inspiration by the Buddhist, due to the misfortune of the family and society, he give up Buddhism in favor of Confucianism, which after half a lifetime dedicated to the revival of Confucian culture .In his book of Culture and Philosophy, he makes the social transformation attributed to cultural construction he asserted, the social transformation is the revival of traditional Chinese culture, which also provides a theoretical basis for his later practice of social transformation. Liang Shuming is the typical of the unity of knowledge and practice, he thought that traditional Chinese society is ethics-based, rural-based society. Due to the impact of Western culture and thought, Modern Chinese village was destruct, unrest, and social was breakdown. Therefore, the construction of a new society organizations need to start from the rural culture, breaking the old village ethical spirit, to establish a new ethical relationship, to carry out a self-help-Rural Reconstruction Movement.
