论管理者应具备的基本素质 论管理者应具备的基本素质 摘 要 在世界经济全球化,中国加入WTO的改革开放的新世纪,先进的科学技术和先进的管理是推动现代社会发展的“两个车轮”。在管理过程中人、财、物、信息等资源的有效配置成为市场经济有效运行的必备条件。这些资源如何进行有效配置直接影响到企业的管理,企业的业绩,企业的文化,企业的形象等这些都与管理者的素质密切相关。管理者是管理中最根本的因素,一切管理都必须依靠管理者,而且管理者素质的高低直接影响到其管理的效果。因为管理者的素质直接影响到他手下员工的工作心态。好的管理者,员工敬畏他,然后愿意积极的去配合工作,制造了好的工作氛围。素质不好的管理者,员工只能是表示顺从的去工作,而不是团队的合作力,其最终工作的效果也是显而易见的。 关键词:管理者的素质;组织;协调;品格;意志力;创新精神 Discussion on the essential qualities of supervisors Abstract In the world economic globalization, Chinas accession to WTO, reform and opening up of the new century, advanced science and technology and advanced management is to promote the development of modern society two wheels.
