环乳晕微切口治疗男性乳腺发育症的效果 ［摘要］目的探究环乳晕微切口治疗男性乳腺发育症的恢复效果及 患者的舒适度。方法 选取2009年5月?2013年5月河北省邯郸市中心 医院就诊的男性乳腺发育症患者90例为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组 与对照组，每组45例。治疗组予以环乳晕微切口手术治疗，对照组予以 传统开放式切除术。观察两组患者的手术时间、愈合时间、手术瘢痕、住 院时间、舒适度评分以及主要影响舒适度的术后并发症如疼痛及水肿。结 果 治疗组患者的手术时间［(61.45±32.28) min］、愈合时间［(9. 53土 3. 16) d］、手术瘢痕［(2.0±0?7) cm］及住院时间［(11.29±4. 58) d］均 明显少于对照组［(85. 16土31.74) min、(12. 10±3. 05) d、(3.6±1. 1) cm、(14. 35±5. 16) d］,差异均有高度统计学意义(P 0.01)；治疗组 的术后疼痛8例、水肿3例，对照组疼痛21例、水肿10例，治疗组明显 少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P〈 0.05或卩〈0.01)；治疗组患者 的舒适度评分［(72. 25±10.31)分］高于对照组［(5 84±12.28)分］, 差异有高度统计学意义(P 0.01)o结论环乳晕微切口治疗男性乳腺 发育症的恢复效果及患者舒适度明显优于传统开放式手术，建议临床进一 步推广。 ［关键词］男性乳腺发育症；环乳晕微切口；开放式手术；恢复效果; 舒适度 ［中图分类号］R655. 8 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］1673-7210 (2014) 11 (a) -0041-04 The clinical efficacy of micro circum-areola incision on the recovery and patients comfort of the male gynecomastia ZHANG Yingzhoul HU Ling2 ZHANG Xiaofang3 ZHANG Yang4 ZHU Qingfenl Department of Breast Surgery, the Cen ter Hospital of Ilan dan City, Hebei Province, Handan 056001， China； 2.
