　电气传动 　2007 年 　第 37 卷 　第 12 期 PL C 控制在烟草制丝新工艺中的应用 　 PL C 控制在烟草制丝新工艺中的应用 隋昕 北京达特烟草成套设备技术开发有限责任公司 　　摘要 :传统烟草制丝线是以品牌配方的模式组织生产 ,为适应分组加工新工艺在制丝线中的应用 ,要求在 品牌配方的基础上 ,引入模块的概念 ,因此传统制丝线的控制程序已不能满足分组加工工艺的要求 。讨论在 传统制丝线控制系统的基础上 ,通过对其 PL C 控制系统的优化 ,达到了分组加工工艺的要求 ,提高了设备运 行效率和控制精度 。 关键词 :烟草制丝线 　PL C 　控制系统 Appl ication of PL C Control in Ne w Technology Tobacco Primary Processing L ine Sui Xin Abstract :The originally tobacco p rimary p rocessing line i s working a s t he mo del of brand formulation . Keywords :tobacco p rimary p rocessing line 　PL C 　cont rol sy st em 工艺的基础上 ,将多条制丝线上的品牌配方分成 1 　引言 若干横向子模块或纵 向子模块 ,对子模块按不 传统烟草制丝线的工艺流程是先将复烤厂加 同的工艺进行加工 , 再将子模块组装成品牌配 工后的烟叶及烟梗分别进行回潮 、加料 、切丝 、烘 方 ,进行掺配 、加香 , 最终形成 品牌配方成 品 丝 ,然后将烟丝按照工艺要求进行掺配 、加香 ,最 烟丝 。 终形成卷烟品牌配方成品烟丝 。 2 　工艺流程概述 近年来 , 以降焦减害 、提高吸烟安全性 、提高 卷烟产品品质等 目的“中式卷烟”快速兴起 ,分组 为适应分组加工新工艺的要求 ,对原有制丝 加工工艺作为实现“中式卷烟”的一种重要手段 , 线的工艺布局重新规划 ,调整后的制丝线工艺流 正受到越来越多的关注 。分组加工工艺是在传统 程如图 1 所示 。 图 1 　调整后的制丝线工艺流程 56 　PL C 控制在烟草制丝新工艺中的应用 电气传动 　200
