涅槃：城镇特色视角下古镇水格局构建方法1 张瑶，刘庭风，齐凯 摘要：在国家新型城镇化、海绵城市、特色小镇建设的时代背景下，那些非历史文化名镇、同样历史悠久、 却无文物和遗存的城镇广泛分布于全国各地，在时代浪潮中逐渐淹没。为探讨该类小镇如何保持自身建设、 开辟独特城镇特色的方法，本文以水格局重构为切入点，分析中国传统城镇水格局特色智慧和低冲击开发、 海绵城市等当代理念，结合安徽口孜古镇水格局重构的实际项目，剖析小镇建设面临的三大规划问题，提 出以水为媒的总体思路，以水网格局奠定城镇格局，在现有水渠水网的基础上，开创 “双金城水”格局， 建设排涝系统、绿化系统、文化展示系统、旅游系统等多系统合一的水网系统，既体现传统智慧又符合当 今发展需求，探索一条适宜于非历史文化名镇的古镇建设古今结合、涅槃重生的经验和模式。 关键词：城镇特色，古镇，水格局，低冲击开发，海绵城市 Abstract：In the era ofthenew urbanization, sponge city,and characteristic town construction,thetownsthat are not historical and cultural towns, but also have a long history but no cultural relics and remains are widely distributedthroughoutthe country and gradually submerged in thewave ofthetimes.In order to explorehow such small towns can maintain their own construction and open up unique urban features, this paper takes the reconstruction ofthewater pattern as an entry point,and analyzesthe contemporary wisdom of Chinesetraditional urban water pattern, such as the characteristics of wisdom, low-impact development, and sponge city.The actual project of reconstructing the water structure of the ancient town of Sanya, analyzes the three major planning problems facedby thetownship construction,proposesthe overall idea ofusingwater asamedium,establishesthe urban pattern with theWater Grid Bureau, and creates a “based on the existing canal water network.” The double Jincheng water pattern, the construction of a drainage system, afforestation system, a cultural display system, a tourism system and other multi-system water network systems, both reflecting traditional wisdom and meeting current development needs, exploring an ancient town suitable for non-historical and cultural towns Build experiencesandmodelsofintegration ofancient andmodern,Nirvana.
