不同护理干预措施在脑血栓患者中的应用 湖南旺旺医院神经医学科湖南长沙410016 【摘 要】目的：研究分析不同护理干预措施在脑血栓患者中的效果。方法： 选取2015年1月——2016年8月我院收治的脑血栓患者121例为木次研究对象, 按照护理方式的不同分成两组，观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理方式，观 察组采用循证护理理方式。对比两组患者的护理满意度以及护理前后牛活质量改 善情况。结果：观察组患者的护理满意度为96.72%,对照组患者的护理满意度 为85%；观察组患者护理总满意率明显高于对照组，Plt;0.05,具有统计学意义。 接受护理后两组患者牛活质量评分较护理前均有所提高，Plt;0.05,具有统计学 意义；经护理后，观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组，Pt;0.05,具有 统计学意义。结论：不同护理干预措施在脑血栓患者中的应用效果具有显著差异, 循证护理在临床的应用大大提高患者的护理满意度以及患者的牛活质量，值得临 床推广。 【关键词】护理干预措施；循证护理；脑血栓 [Abstract]： Objective： To study the effect of different nursing intervention measures in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods： from January 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital 121 cases of cerebral thrombosis as the research object, according to different nursing methods were divided into two groups, observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing care, observation in the group with evidence-based nursing. Compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and nursing before and after the improvement of the quality of life. Results： the satisfaction of patients in observation group was 96.72%, control group patients satisfaction with nursing care for 85% patients； observation group nursing satisfaction rate was sign讦icantly higher In Plt;0.05, with statistical sign讦icance.
