Results:Thc total score of nurses，occupational benefit was (135. 41±19. 01) . The highest and lowest dimensions were self growth and positive career perception respectively and the scores were (4. 21 ±0. 59) and (3. 92±0. 66) . Positions, employment characteristies and educational backgrounds were the main factors that affected nurscs，occupational bcncfit. Conclusions:Thc occupational benefit of clinical nurses was in the middle level, and there was still a lot of room for improvement. Managers could adopt different training methods for cl inical nurses with different educational backgrounds, positions and employment characteristics, and establish a multicharmcl career dcvclopment oricntation to fully enhance the occupational benefit of nurses.
