摘要
随着经济的发展和管理规范的要求,企业不再单单关注经济效益的增长,而
是逐渐将视角转向企业管理理论和管理实践。目前,针对企业管理理论主要侧重
于单因素的研究,而忽略了其它因素的作用。应该通过企业生命周期、领导风格、
和员工需求三因素的交叉研究,提出企业的差异型管理方式对绩效的影响假设,
通过案例研究分析,检验假设,论证其合理性,从而得出以下结论:在企业创业
成长初期,以家长式领导风格对组织进行管理,且满足员工的社会需要和安全需
要,对组织的绩效具有促进作用;在企业成长期,采用权威型与民主型的领导风
格相结合的方式对组织进行管理,并注重满足管理人员的尊重需要及成就需要,
对组织绩效具有促进作用。

Abstract
Specification requirements with the development of economy and management,
