利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效观察 【摘要】目的：观察利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者的 疗效和安全性。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的150例2型 糖尿病患者，按照随机原则分为五组干预治疗组，各30例, 分别给予二甲双朋I、格列齐特、那格列奈、甘精胰岛素、利 拉鲁肽治疗。另选取30例健康体检者为正常对照组，观察 治疗前和治疗后1年六组的体重指数（BMI）、收缩压（SBP）、 舒张压（DBP）、空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hPBG）、 糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、 低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）等指标。 结果：利拉鲁肽组治疗后BMI、FBG下降，与治疗前比较， 差异有统计学意义（P0. 05）。利拉鲁肽组未出现严重低血糖 反应。结论：利拉鲁肽在2型糖尿病患者中有较好的疗效和 安全性。 【关键词】2型糖尿病；利拉鲁肽；胰高血糖素样肽 -1 中图分类号R587. 1文献标识码B文章编号 1674-6805 （2014） 10-0030-02 The Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of Liraglutide in Type 2 Diabetes/WU Lei , PAN Wei~bin. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research, 2014, 12 (10)： 30-31 [Abstract】 Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of Liraglutide in type 2 diabetes?Method : Selected the authors hospital treated 150 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes , according to the principle of random divided into five groups of intervention in the treatment group, 30 cases each, respectively , to give metformin and gliclazide , nateglinide, insulin, liraglutide treatment.
