With the rapid development of China，s cconomy and the continuous improvcment of computer network technology, computer network technology has been widely penetrated into various fields of contemporary social life, industry, agriculture, military, business, finance, service, education and scientific research are in separabl e from the appl i cat i on of comp liter n etwork t echnology. The wide application of computer network technology not only promotes the development of the network, but also speeds up the development of the society. The network has become an indispensable part of human society, more and more economic activities are closely related to the network. This paper int roduces the connotation and charac teris tics of comp uter net work technology and network cconomy, and elaborates the relationship and influence between network economy and higher vocational education based on regional environment.
