The results show that land circulation can improve the level of disposable income as a whole; the average growth of disposable income of transferring out is higher than that of transferring in when comparing different land circulation behavior; the land circulation could increase revenue growth as well as consolidating the advantages of income sources in different regions when viewing from regional perspective.
