建设工程项目进度控制研究 ［摘要］在我国市场经济的不断完善的新形势下，对项目建设的规范化要求也越来越 高，加强工程项目的建设的进度管理，已成为工程项目与市场经济的要求。虽然我国一些工 程项目在工程项目进度管理中存在着思想观念上的偏差、缺乏责权明晰的进度管理机制、忽 略工程项目的质量与工期进度管理、忽视合同管理，索赔意识不强等问题，但是在目标、全 而、节约、责权分明、动态等原则的指导下，不断建立统一、规范、责权明晰的进度管理体 制，抓好项目的质量与工期进度管理，加强合同管理，提高项目的索赔意识，工程项目的工 程项目进度管理就会更上一个新台阶。进度管理是以现代科学方法确定进度目标，通过把工期 目标和任务层层分解，编制合理的进度计划与资源供应计划,进行进度控制，在与其它目标相 协调的基础上，实现工期目标。项目的进度管理是一个复杂的系统工程，只有运用科学的方法 与理论才能制定岀比较合理的、对工程实施有着指导作用的进度计划。 ［关键字］项目工程；进度管理；质量管理 Construction project schedule control research [Abstract] Under the new situation of continuous improvement of Chinds market economy, the standardizati on of project requirements are also in creasing, strengthening the man ageme nt of the construction progress of the project, the project has become a market economy. Schedule management based on modern scientific methods to determine the progress of the goals, objectives and tasks through the duration of the layers of decomposition, the preparation of a reasonable schedule and resource supply plan, the progress of control, in coordination with other objectives on the basis of duration to achieve the goal.
