心电监护在小儿病毒性心肌炎早期诊断中的应用研究及影响因素分析 许凤霞 潍坊市益都屮心医院山东潍坊262500 【摘 要】目的：探索心电监护在小儿病毒性心肌炎(VMC)早期诊断屮的指 导作用，分析小儿病毒性心肌炎发病的影响因素。方法：回顾性分析潍坊市益都 屮心医院收治的可疑病毒性心肌炎患儿60例，给予心电监护及对比标准12导联 心电图，报告对疾病检出进行观察及影响因素分析总结。结果：1改良爱氏三角 法心电监护能提供早期异常指标，在疾病早期监测方面的作用优于普通心电图, 指导临床干预；2合理营养、适量运动可增强机体抵抗力，降低VMC的发病率； 3.有效及完善的护理干预对VMC的恢复意义重大。结论：心电监护对小儿病毒 性心肌炎的早期诊断意义重大，为临床干预提供依据。 【关键词】病毒性心肌炎；心电监护；早期诊断；有效护理 【屮图分类号】R542.2+1 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999 (2015) 7-0596-02 Applicatio n and In flue nee Factors of ECG Mon itori ng in the Early Diag nosis of Infantile Virus Myocarditis XuFengxia Yidu Central Hospital Of Weifang 262500 [Abstract] Objective： To explore the predictive role of ECG telemonitoring in early diag nosis of infan tile virus myocarditis, and to in vestigate the factors influencing the disease and its clinical value in guiding the intervention. Methods： A total of 60 children with viral myocarditis during June 2011 to July 2013 in Weifang Yidu Central Hospital were collected retrospective!y. Electrocardiographic monitoring and standard 12-lead ECG were underwent immediately. The efficacy in detection was compared, and the in flue ncing factors were gen eralized. Results:The mod 讦 ied Aishi trig on ometry electrocardiography mon itori ng plays a more importa nt role in the early monitoring of disease over normal electrocardiogram, which can provide early abnormal indicators to guide clinical intervention, and have an comparable effect on detecti ng the disease. Reas on ably adequate nu triti on and moderate exercise can enhance immune system, lowering the possibility of catching VMC. Early diagnosis and intervention, effective and comprehensive nursing intervention were essential to the recovery of VMC.
