相控阵热疗联合吉西他滨治疗胰腺癌的临床观察 川北医学院第二临床学院肿瘤中心四川南充637000 【摘 要】目的：观察相控阵热疗联合吉西他滨治疗胰腺癌的疗效及毒性反 应。方法：34例伴有疼痛的局部晚期和复发的胰腺癌患者随机分为热疗联合吉 西他滨化疗组(研究组)17例和单纯吉西他滨化疗组(对照组)17例，研究组 接受相控阵热疗，每周2次，计划8次，联合吉西他滨1000mg/m2, dl、8、15, 每28天重复一次，对照组接受吉西他滨1000mg/m2, dl、8、15,每28天重复 一次，观察阿片类药物剂量增减情况、毒副反应及近期疗效。结果：治疗开始2 个月内，研究组阿片类药物用量减少大于对照组(P0.01), 2组患者IIIJV度白 细胞降低、血小板降低发生率无差异(P0.05),近期有效率在研究组和对照组 分别为20.2% (3/15)和13.3% (2/15), (P0.05)。结论：相控阵热疗联合吉西 他滨治疗局部晚期和复发胰腺癌，与单用吉西他滨相比，能明显减少阿片类药物 用量，毒性反应轻，近期疗效无差异。 【关键词】胰腺癌；相控阵热疗；吉西他滨 【中图分类号】R735.9 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999 (2015) 7-0749-02 Clinical observation of array systen for hyperthermia combined with gemcitabi ne for pancreatic carci noma HU Xin, LI Guang-ming , WEN Shi-min, LI Shuang, CHEN Si-lin, PAN Rong-qiang, BIE Jun, ZHAO Cai-xia, FU Xi, CHEN Qiao-ling, SONG Jun-mei, HU Xing-sheng, (Department of Oncology, Second Clinical Institute of North Sichuan Medical College, Nanchong Sichuan 637000 China) 【Abstract 】Objective: To observe the efficacy and toxicity of array system for hyperthermia gemcitabi ne for pan creatic carci no ma. Methods: 34 cases patie nts with local advanced and recurrent pancreatic carcinoma were randomly by divided into study group 17 cases treated with array system for hyperthermia 2 times a week combined with gemcitabine (1000mg/m2 dl,8,15, per 28 day a cycle) and control group treated with alone gemcitabine (1000mg/m2 ￡11,8,15, per 28 day a cycle), the in crease and decrease of opioid con sumpti on were recorded and toxicity and short-time effect were observed. Results: In the next 2 mon ths after begi nning therapy, the opioid consumption of study group was decreased more than that of control (P 0.01), there were not significant difference between 2 group in III-IV deg;leukocytopenia (P 0.05) and III-IVdeg;thrombocytopenia (P 0.05), the short-time response rate was 20.0% (3/15) in study group and 13.3% (2/15) in control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with alone gemcitabine, array system for hyperthermia combined with gemcitabin
