The analysis begins with the reaction mechanism. Reasonable measures were taken to control such factors as pH value at upper and lower parts of the quench tower, water displacement, and the pH value of the circulating system, etc. In addition, the operating condition was optimized, reaching 94.51% of the refined recovery rate in the calibration of acrylonitrile device, 5.49% of the acrylonitrile loss rate, dropping 1.34% than that before optimization. So the measures are effective.
