profitability.Therefore,creatingalleffectiverecruitmentsystemisnotsimpleoutofthe
requiremeritoftherecruitmentworkitself,butalsoisconductedincombinationwith
thedevelopmentofsocialeqonomybycenteringOilthemidandlong-term
organizationalobjectivesanddevelopmentstrategies.Itmeansthatorganizationsshould
establishascientific,effectiveandflexiblerecruitmentsystemwithswiftreaction,and
setupworkobjectives,developmethodsandmeasurestomaximallyensure
organizations’stabledevelopmentinordertoreducerecruitmentblindnessand
randomness.
Accordingtotheanalysisofproblemsexistingintherecruitmentprocessof
China'stclecomenterprises,thearticlemadearesearchonthehighly-efficient
recruitmentsystemwithChinesetelecomcal'iielscharacteristicsandproposedthata
hj曲ly-efficientrecruitmentsystemmustbebuiltbasedonHRplanningandwork
armlysis.Themerits,disadvanlagesandtheajticalpointsofvariousrecruitment
channelsandmethodsfortherecruitmentofadne簖telecomcarriemalemainly
analyzed,andsuchselectionmethodsasformulationofselectivestandardsand
interviews,psychologicaltestsandassessmentcentersareanalyzed.Thecomponents
andcriticalfaCtOrsinactualimplementationarcexamincdfortheestablishmentofthe
high-efficientrecruitmentsystemwithChinesetelecomcanierscharacteristics,
therefore,thearticlehasrealisticguidancetothecreationandpracticeofrecruitment
systemforChinesetelecomcarriers.
