文章编号:100724929(20091120034203 改进的索洛模型 在节水农业社会效益评价中的应用 褚琳琳,陈　菁,高　志,代小平 (河海大学农业工程学院,南京210098 　　摘　要:在阐述索洛模型的基础上,将节水农业技术进步从技术进步中提取出来,构建了改进的索洛模型。采用 1991-2005年截面数据资料,估算了我国不同时期节水农业各投入要素对经济增长的贡献率,定量评价了节水农业 社会效益。研究结果表明,我国节水农业各投入要素对经济增长贡献差异明显,其中节水农业技术进步的贡献仅次于物质资本投入的贡献,位居第2。节水农业社会效益虽存在阶段性、周期性波动,但总体上呈现不断上升的趋势,节水农业在我国的社会和经济发展过程中已经并将继续发挥至关重要的作用。　　关键词:索洛模型;节水农业;社会效益;经济增长;贡献率　　中图分类号:F323.3　　文献标识码:A Application of Improved Solow Model in Evaluation of Social B enef its of W ater Saving Agriculture CHU Lin Οlin ,CHEN Jing ,G AO Zhi ,DAI Xiao Οping (College of Agricultural Engineering ,Hohai University ,Nanjing 210098,China Abstract :On the basis of introduction of Solow Model ,this paper extracts technological development of water saving agriculture ,and constructs improved Solow Model.The model is applied to calculate the contribution rates to economic growth f rom the elements of agricultural and quantitatively evaluate the social benefits of the water saving agriculture f rom 1991to 2005in our coun 2try.It is concluded that the contribution rates to economic growth f rom the elements of agricultural production are obvious different.Among them ,the contribution rate of technological development of water Οsaving agriculture is second only to material Οcapital invest 2ment.Although the social benefits of the water Οsaving agriculture show a periodical and cyclical fluctuation ,it displays generally to be increasing.The water saving agriculture has been playing an important role in our country.K ey w ords :Solow Model ;water saving agriculture ;social benefit ;economic growth ;contribution rate 收稿日期:2009204208 基金项目:国家自然科学基金资助项目 作者简介:褚琳琳(1979Ο,女,博士研究生,主要从事水土资源规划与管理、节水农业理论与技术等方面的研究。 1　研究背景 近年来,作为提高水资源利用效率、缓解水资源危机、保障国家安全的重要手段[1,2],以节水工程技术、节水农艺技术、节水管理技术等[3-5]为主要内容的节水农业在我国全面展开,对我国经济、环境和社会产生全方位的影响。正确、客观评价节水农业产生的影响,能够对节水农业发展模式的推广和应用进行动态检测和诊断,及时发现推广过程中存在的主要问题,探索适合我国不同区域的节水农业发展模式,为节水农业的科学决策提供技术支持[6,7]。 目前国内外学者主要针对节水农业经济效益、环境效益的 定量评价,对社会效益仅是定性描述,定量评价仍处于探索阶 段,虽然有部分学者将其他学科领域成熟的方法、模型应用于
