The world has entered the Internet age, in our labor production, the creation of science, art, health,education and even the thought value network is everywhere, every hour and moment does not affect us. Economic development is closely related with the nature of network, the development of enterprises, technological innovation, economic exchanges also use the power of the network. In the development process of the market, the market development pattern of traditional obviously can not meet the development of the productive forces, the network is born.
