青岛市跨境电子商务的发展策略研究 上海大学  东方贱人 摘  要：跨境电子商务是融合现代信息技术、网络技术与商业贸易的网 络化的新型经济活动和产业。“十一五”以来，我国跨境电子商务发展迅速， 在增强经济活力、提高资源配置效率以及促进中小企业发展等方面发挥了重要 作用。青岛市城市发展空间是有限的，因此转方式、调结构，实现又好又快发 展的任务显得尤为重要。青岛市加快发展跨境电子商务，是加速传统贸易服务 业转型升级，推进现代市场体系建设，增强城市竞争优势的重要选择，也是促 进战略性新兴产业发展的重要举措，是青岛市充分发挥龙头作用、实现率先发 展、科学发展的必然选择。跨境电子商务已经成为青岛商贸发展的新方式，对 于青岛商贸企业实现转型升级和扩大国外渠道都具有现实意义。本篇论文旨在 运用所学理论知识研究青岛市跨境电子商务的发展策略，为青岛市跨境电子商 务发展寻找方向并解决其在发展跨境电子商务过程中遇到的问题与困难，为促 进青岛市跨境电子商务健康、快速、有序发展提供借鉴。 关键词：青岛跨境电子商务 机遇 挑战 策略 1 2 Abstract： Electronic commerce is the integration of information technology, network technology and the network of trade and commerce of new type of economic activity.
