我国农民工养老保险制度的研究与思考 摘要 经济的发展带动着整个国家的进步，同时也是在这种发展中农民工应时而生。为我国经济的的发展带来了不可估摸的力量。这一群体的数量近几年来有增无减,随着这一现象的发生社会各界关注的主要问题也转移成如何解决农民工的养老。以是，在这种情况下一系列的养老保险制度也顺势而生。但不同区域内养老保险模式的不统一和制度内在的缺陷，造成了农民工退保率高、养老保险关系转移难和保险覆盖率低的现状，而国家形式的稳定及经济的发展都必须要有一套完善的农民工养老保险机制作为根本。本文主要是在我国养老保险的近况及其机制存在的问题的角度出发，并针对相应的问题提出了可行性的解决方针。 关键词：农民工；养老保险制度；研究；思考 The Research and Thinking of peasant Workers endowment insurance system in China ABSTRACT The development of economy drives the progress of the whole country, is also inthe development of the rural migrant workers should be formed. This paper is the recent situation of endowmentinsurance in our country and the perspective of the problems existing in the mechanism,and puts forward the feasible solution for the corresponding problem.
