中国农业系统集约度变化研究 舒乐，吕品** （浙江理工大学经济管理学院，杭州 310018） 5 摘要：农业是一个国家赖以生存和发展的基础，它对整个国家的发展起着关键性作用。中国 作为一个传统的农业大国，农业人口众多，农业的基础性地位尤为重要。随着经济的快速发 展，中国农业需要积极审视过去的发展道路，从而为中国社会主义现代化建设提供充分的物 质支持。本文通过对中国农业整体发展历程进行观察，首先提出农业系统集约度模型，以此 来对农业生产要素的投入与使用进行分析。然后建立了一个影响农业产出的计量模型，取得 10 生产要素对农业产出的生产弹性系数，最后测算出中国农业系统的集约度状况，得出以下结 论：中国农业系统中土地与劳动力的集约度非常显著，资本以及化肥的集约度并不理想，中 国农业系统整体的集约度低下，说明中国农业仍处于粗放状态，应积极提高生产要素的使用 效率，促进中国农业的集约化发展。 关键词：农业经济；农业产出；生产要素；集约度；技术进步 15 中图分类号：F124 Intensity of Chinas Agricultural System Shu Le, Lv Pin (School of Economics Management, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, HangZhou 310018) 20 Abstract: Agriculture is the foundation relied by a countrys survival and development, which plays a key role for national development. China has a large population as a traditional country for agriculture, so basic position of agriculture is especially important. With the China’s economic developing, The China’s agriculture should be observe the process of China’s agriculture, and provides material support enough for Chinas socialist modernization. This paper raises a intensive 25 model of agricultural system to analyze the situation of agriculture factors of production’inputting by observing the process of China’s agriculture. Then it works up a Statistical model which affects agricultural production, obtains the flexibility coefficient of the factors of production and estimates the situation of intensification about agriculture system of China finally.
