摘 要 液压系统的核心部分便是调速这部分，而调速阀便是液压体系调 速回路中一个非常重要的元件，节流阀和定差减压阀 联而成的是调 速阀，通常有两个结构，分为先节流还是先减压。节流阀也能调节流量， 然而经过它的流量受到负载的变化影响，不能保持运动速度的稳定，调 速阀就是比节流阀多加了一个定差减压阀，定差减压阀的功用是保持 节流阀定压差。本文分别介绍液压的发展史，调速阀的发展史，调速阀 设计结构的选择，各参数的计算方法。通过理论计算来设计出一个简单 的调速阀，并通过计算分析，讨论设计的可行性。本文重点就是各参数 的计算，绪论 的是液压技术的发展，调速阀的发展，第二章主要是对 调速阀进行分析并对结构进行选择，第三章主要 的是各个零件结构 的选择和相关参数的计算，其中用大量公式来进行分析，设计出一款简 单的调速阀。第四章对调速阀的设计经济性进行分析，第五章主要是对 这次设计进行一个总结，最后是致谢。 关键词 ：调速阀；设计；计算；参数 ABSTRACT The core part of the hydraulic system, regulating valve is a very important part of the hydraulic system in the control circuit, the throttle valve and the difference series flow pressure reducing valve regulating valve, throttle, first or first buck.
