本科毕业论文 市场经济条件下 企业筹资渠道和筹资方式的研究 作 者 王 贺 内 容 摘 要 筹资、投资和分配是企业理财的三个重要部分。在这三部分中，筹资是源头，是企业财务 活动的起点，也是企业生产经营活动的必要条件。只有对筹资有很好的了解，才能搞好企业的 财务管理。尤其在当前这个市场经济新时期，更有必要对企业的筹资进行深入的分析。 本文通过讨论企业筹资的意义、原则、环境和计划经济时期企业筹资的状况，阐述了市场 经济条件下企业筹资的方式与渠道，论文集中分析了各种筹资方式的优缺点，重点讨论了长期 借款、股票和融资租赁这三种筹资方式，就我国企业筹资方式的选择提出了个人的看法。 本文共包括以下三个部分： 第一部分，对企业筹资的概述，介绍筹资的意义、原则和环境。 第二部分，通过对计划经济下企业筹资的介绍，引出本文的中心内容，市场经济条件下企业 的筹资方式与筹资渠道，并引例说明。 第三部分，不同条件下企业对各种筹资方式的选择。 第四部分，对全文的总结。 提出个人观点：股票筹资并不是现阶段企业筹资的最佳选择。 关键词：筹资 筹资方式 筹资渠道 筹资方式的选择 ABSTRACT It is three important parts of enterprises financing to raise funds, make the investment and assignment. In these three parts, fund-raising is the source of enterprise financial starting point of activity. It is the essential conditions of enterprises production and operating activities too. Only have very good understanding in raising funds, could do the financial administration of enterprises well. Especially in the market economy at present, fund-raising in enterprises is necessary to carry on deep analysis. Through discussion that enterprises fund-raising’s meaning, principle, environment and planned economy that enterprises raise funds, It explain market economy way and channel that enterprise raise funds under the terms. Thesis concentrate on analyzing of different fund-raising way’s pluses and minuses, have discussed these three kinds of fund-raising ways of long-term liability, stock and financing lease especially. It put forward the personal view on the choice of fund-raising way. This thesis includes the following three parts altogether, The first part, to the
