For this second Connected Vehicle Trend Radar, Capgemini OEMs must therefore ensure customers are offered services
Invent set out to explore how OEMs can make the most of they see as relevant. Research shows that, out of 23 use-case
connected services in terms of monetization. We surveyed categories investigated, safety- and security-related services
