摘 要 摘 要 农业在国民经济中占据重要地位，农业稳定对于确保农民收入、国家经济具有重大作 用，所以农业保险作为确保农业生产稳定的重要措施一直以来备受关注。山东是中国的农 业大省，严格贯彻国家规定，自2006 年开始实施农业保险以来，不断进行试点范围、规 模的扩大。近年来，保险逐渐向农业指数方向转变。农业指数保险主要包括产量指数保险、 价格指数保险、气象指数保险等。本文选择近年来备受国家重视的区域产量指数与气象指 数保险，以烟台市苹果为研究对象，进行产量指数保险的研究；以烟台栖霞市苹果为研究 对象，进行气象指数保险的研究。 本文共由六个部分组成。第一章为绪论，对研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、 研究方法等内容进行了具体的概述。第二章为烟台市苹果现状分析，以图表的形式分析了 烟台市目前产量、种植面积、单产的情况。第三章为区域产量指数保险的费率厘定，首先 选取风险划区的八个指标，采用因子分析与聚类分析相结合的方法，对山东省烟台市的十 二个县市区进行划分，划分为低、中、高风险区。其次对低、中、高风险区进行费率厘定， 采用多种方式进行趋势拟合，之后运用经验费率法和单产分布模型法，最终确定山东省烟 台市苹果分产区的净费率。第四章为气象指数保险的费率厘定，以山东省栖霞市为研究对 象，选用灰关联分析法以及相关性分析的方法，确定主要气象因子，之后在相对气象因子 与主要因子之间建立模型，最后运用指数定价法，对其进行净费率的计算。第五章为总结， 对本文研究的主要内容、结论进行总结并进行展望。 关键词：因子分析，经验费率法，单产分布模型法，灰关联分析法，指数定价法 I Abstract Abstract Agriculture plays an important role in the national economy and agricultural stability plays a significant role in ensuring farmers income and the national economy.
