浅谈房地产的开发与经营 摘 要 改革开放以来的近三十年，我国房地产业在开发与经营上取得了 飞速的发展，尤其是进入 21 纪之后，在国内外多种因素的综合作用 下，房地产企业数量逐年递增，开发与经营的规模也达到前所未有的 水平，房地产业成为中国经济中的一大亮点。但是随着我国房地产开 发与经营的飞速发展，矛盾和 问题也开始显现，针对房地产开发经营 中的诸多问题，许多专家学者都提出了自己的见解。本文在总结已有 研究的基础上明确了房地产经营与开发的一般性问题，通过对我国房 地产开发与经营的环境和模式进行深入剖析，找出了我国房地产业开 发与经营的主要问题，从而提出合理而有针对性的策略，以期为我国 的房地产开发与经营提供帮助。 关键词 ： 房地产 开发 经营 主要问题 对策 I Discussion on real estate development and management Abstract Nearly three decades since the reform and opening up, Chinas real estate development and management has made rapid development, especially after entering the 21st century, under the combined effects of a variety of factors at home and abroad, the number of real estate enterprises increased year after year, development with the scale of operation has reached unprecedented levels, real estate has become one of the highlights of the Chinese economy.
