Warming-up Show several groups of pictures to the class and get the students to know about the different living conditions and environment of people in the world. Thus, introduce the topic to be talked about in this class. Step2. Presentation 1. Learn about the key words and phrases. Key words: poverty, section, list, goal, measure, life expectancy, figure effort Key phrases: reduce poverty, at the top of, at the bottom of, make sure, up to, make progress ,make greater efforts 2.
