安庆市区城镇污水处理厂建设运行现状与问题分析 摘要：污水处理厂的建设及运行以及污水处理厂的管理环境，都会影响到城市的水质量。因此，污水处理厂的建设需要大量的资金和技术，而只有有了充足的资金与技术，才能够使污水处理厂有更大的规模以及更好的运行效果。所以无论是污水处理厂的运行状况还是污水处理厂的建设状况，都存在着或多或少的问题。这些问题需要得到社会更多人的注意。只有解决污水处理厂的建设及运行问题，才能有效地落实污水处理厂的运行。也才能为广大百姓提供质量更高的水资源，保证城市水资源可以更好的发展。这篇论文以安庆市区的城东、城西和北部新城污水处理厂为研究对象，研究安庆市区城镇污水处理厂建设运行现状，对安庆市区城镇污水处理厂建设运行问题进行分析。最终提出污水治理厂建设与运营机制应充分考虑到城市污水治理过程中的实际问题，从水环境质量提高的角度体现城市污水治理的有效性。 关键词：污水处理厂;建设运行;现状与问题 Abstract Urban water pollution control is closely related to the construction, operation and environmental management of sewage treatment plants. Therefore, a large amount of capital and technical investment are essential. Capital and technology, to a certain extent, determine the construction scale and operation effect of the sewage treatment plant, which is an important measure to ensure the efficiency of urban sewage treatment. There are more or less problems in the operation of sewage treatment plants and the construction of sewage treatment plants. These problems require the responsible and management personnel of sewage treatment plants to pay full attention to them and actively implement effective sewage treatment measures in their actions to ensure the sustainable development of urban water resources. In this paper, the urban sewage treatment plants in the east, west and north of Anqing city are taken as examples to study the construction and operation status of the urban sewage treatment plants in Anqing city and analyze the construction and operation problems of the urban sewage treatment plants in Anqing city. Finally, it is proposed that the construction and operation mechanism of sewage treatment plants should fully consider the actual problems in the process of urban sewage treatment, and reflect the effectiveness of urban sewage treatment from the perspective of improving water environment quality.
