摘要 第四方物流是一个供应链的整合者及协调者，管理组织木身与具他互补性服 务所有的资源、能力和技术来提供综合的供应链解决方案。其主耍是对企业的供 应链进行监控，以实现快速度、高质量、低成本的物流服务，在解决金业物流的 基础上，整合社会资源，解决物流信息充分共享、社会物流资源充分利用的问题, 从而提高企业的业绩，促进经济发展。第四方物流从2002年开始在屮国见诸报 端。当时，南方的一些物流公司、咨询公司甚至软件公司纷纷宣称自己的公司提 供的是“第四方物流”服务，他们的公司就是从事“第四方物流”的公司。但总 的说來，上述物流公司中并没有一家真正严格意义上的第四方物流公司，大多数 仅仅是停留在概念阶段的被庸俗化的第四方物流公司，其根木原因在丁?没有真正 认识什么是第四方物流，只是将第四方物流停留在商业炒作的阶段上。由此可见 对我国第四方物流存在的问题和建议进行分析是极具意义的。 关键词：屮国第四方物流；物流资源；物流信息 Abstract The fourth party logistics is a supply chain integration and coordination, management organization itself and other complementary service all the resources, skills and techniques to provide a comprehensive supply chain solution.
