Methods From September 2018 to May 2019， 67 children with diabetic ketoacidosis in the hospital were selected and divided into experimental group （n=34） and control group （n=33） according to the order of admission. Both were given first aid treatment， on this basis， the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention， and the control group was given routine nursing intervention to observe the effect of nursing. Results After nursing intervention， the fasting blood glucose concentration and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose concentration in the experimental group were statistically significantly different from the control group（P0.05）; the total nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group was statistically significantly different from the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with diabetic ketoacidosis based on their first aid measures can effectively stabilize the blood glucose of the children， improve the nursing satisfaction of the childrens families， and ensure the smooth development of treatment and nursing work. [Key words] Diabetic ketoacidosis; Children; First aid measures; Nursing intervention 近年來，小儿糖尿病发病人数逐渐增多，影响患儿正常生长发育，需终身服药控制血糖。但由于患儿年龄小，加之部分患儿家属对糖尿病相关知识认识不到位，不能给予其有效药物控制患儿血糖，患儿易发生糖尿病酮症酸中毒等并发症，严重威胁患儿生命健康安全。糖尿病酮症酸中毒是由于患儿机体胰岛素不足所致的糖、脂肪、蛋白质代谢紊乱所引发的水、电解质失衡，以高血糖、高血酮、代谢性酸中毒等症状为主要表现的疾病，应及时予以急救，减轻患儿痛苦。同时，在其急救治疗过程中，予以其适当的护理措施，提高治疗疗效，提升患者生命质量意义重大。该次研究中，对于202X年9月—202X年5月该院糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿急救过程中，应用到综合护理干预，取得较好成效，现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取该院67例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿，按入院先后顺序分为实验组（n=34）、对照组（n=33）。实验组，男21例，女13例;年龄1～11岁，平均（5.18±2.22）岁;病程1
