开放与发展证券市场，特别是证券电子商务，对我国城市经济体制改革 和市场经济体制的发展具有重要的作用。近年来，我国证券电子商务有了长 足的发展，但由于起步较晩，在发展中也暴露出了不少问题。 本文主要讨论了证券电子商务在中国的发展现状、面临的问题以及发展 的战略。首先文章介绍了证券电子商务的基本内容，将其与传统证券业务比 较后总结出证券电子商务的优点；其次深入考察了我国现阶段的证券电子商 务发展概况和运营模式；然后通过分别对美国、中国证券电子商务模式的研 究分析，总结了在模式应用方面存在的问题及对我国发展证券电子商务的启 示；接下来分析了我国发展证券电子商务目前存在的问题以及制约因素；最 后在以上基础上提出了我国证券电子商务的发展战略。 【关键词】证券电子商务 发展现状 模式分析 发展战略 Abstract To open and develop stock market, especially the security electronic commerce, will play a very important role in the reform of the city economic system and the development of the socialist market economic system. In the past few years, the security electronic commerce has been developing vigorously in China, but many problems are exposed in the course of its development because of late starting. The major aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of the security electronic commerce and discuss the current situation, patterns, problems and developing stratagem of the security electronic commerce in China. Firstly, the paper describes the basic concept of the security electronic commerce and analyzes the advantages in developing the security electronic commerce. Secondly, the status and mode of the security electronic commerce in China are reviewed with more details. Thirdly, it analyzes the patterns of the security electronic commerce in America China, sums the problems in the patterns that we should choose for developing the security electronic commerce. Then, it analyzes the main problems of developing the security electronic commerce in China.
