Firstly, it analyzes the current situation of tourism development in China and the salary management system of tour guides in China. Secondly, it analyzes and studies the problems existing in the salary management system of tour guides in China. Finally, it matches with relevant theories and puts forward constructive suggestions based on the actual situation of the reform of the salary management system of tour guides in China. Combining theory with practice, this paper holds that in order to ensure tour guides to serve wholeheartedly, reduce the contradiction between tour guides and tourists in our country, and eliminate tourists misunderstanding of tour guides, it is necessary to make sure that tour guides salaries can be accepted by tour guides, scenic spots, tourism enterprises and tourists.
