PAGE PAGE 7 我国中小企业财务管理的现状及路径选择 内 容 摘 要 我国中小企业占据了我国企业数量的绝大部分，对我国国民经济贡献极大，是我国财政收入、税收的重要来源之一，解决了我国的城乡就业问题，提高全国人民生活的品质。其中，在我国中小企业中至关重要的管理方法之一就是财务管理，完善的财务管理不仅可以有效地避免财务风险外，还能有助于中小企业增加自身市场竞争力。然而，我国大多数的中小型企业都还没有完全完善自身的财务管理系统，以至于中小企业出现财务管理人员的管理意识和专业的素质技能不达标、融资困难、现金管理系统不完善等不良发展现象出现。本文根据现阶段我国中小型企业管理中的财务管理现状，并结合当代中小企业运营现状的具体情况进行分析，提出我国中小企业现阶段处理财务管理问题的具体解决方案，提升中小企业自身的社会竞争力。 关键词：中小企业；财务管理；中小企业融资；现金管理系统 The current situation and path choice of financial management in China ABSTRACT Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises account for the vast majority of the number of enterprises in China, contribute greatly to Chinas national economy, are one of the important sources of Chinas fiscal revenue and tax revenue, and solve Chinas urban and rural employment problems, to improve the quality of life of the people throughout the country. Among them, one of the most important management methods in China is financial management, which can not only effectively avoid financial risks, but also help small and medium-sized enterprises to increase their market competitiveness. However, most of Chinas small and medium enterprises have not yet fully developed their financial management systems, as a result, the financial management awareness and professional skills of financial management personnel are not up to standard, financing difficulties, cash management system is not perfect and other poor development phenomenon appears. This paper analyzes the current situation of financial management in Chinas small and medium enterprises management and the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper puts forward some concrete solutions to deal with the financial management problems of small and medium-sized enterprises at the present stage in order to improve their social competitiveness.
