胸外科实施整体护理路径的临床疗效评价 王明静刘文艳李秋月李海永 摘要：目的：对胸外科实施整体护理路径过程屮的临床疗效进行评价，为护理工 作质量的提咼提供临床基础。方法：选取最常见的四种临床护理路径前后患者 799例，按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予整体临床路径护理，而 对照组实施普通护理方法。对先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、普胸以及冠心病等 的临床护理路径和护理路径实施过程屮患者在就医经济支出、住院吋间、护理服 务质量、患者对诊疗结果满意度等方面的表现情况进行比较并分析。结果：实 施整体护理路径后，与对照组相比，观察组4类患者的术前住院天数、术后住院 天数以及整体住院天数均显著减少(P0. 05)；不同分类下观察组患者比对照组 患者的整体医疗费用降低金额平均在(972?00±207?60) %；观察组患者护理服 务质量结果评价显著优于组(P0. 05)；观察组患者对临床护理和治疗结果的满 意度显著优于对照组(P0. 05)。所得结果产生的差异性均有统计学意义，具有 可比性。结论 整体护理路径的实施，降低了医护人员在清酒和诊疗过程屮的被 动性和盲从行，提高了员医护工作的条理性和专业性。作为当今较为成熟且效果 优势显著的护理模式，充分肯定了医疗工作对服务大众的普遍性，为我国医疗质 量的提高提供了更有利的方向，对临床护理的发展和进步具有重要意义。 关键字：整体护理路径；临床护理；就医满意度；心脏病 Clinical evaluation of the implementation of the overall care of Thoracic Surgerypath Abject Object On the implementation of the overall process of thoracic surgery nursing path to evaluate the clinical efficacy, provide a basis for improving clinical care quality.
