建筑工程项目中现场造价影响因素分析 摘要：建筑工程项目是指有一个设计任务书和总体设计，经济上实行独立核算，管理上实行独立组织形式的工程建设项目。由于项目的建设时间与项目预算是有限度的，且需要投入大量的人力、物力以及财力来完成整个项目，无论是投资方还是建设方，对建筑工程项目的管理都尤为重视，好的管理可以节省预算，提高施工进度，降低时间成本的同时节省物料成本，而其中密不可分的便是工程造价的管理，从项目的投资决策阶段起，到项目的竣工决算止，工程造价管理都与之息息相关，项目动工后，在现场施工中，复杂以及多变的施工环境，材料的变更等因素都会影响到现场造价的管理，本文经研究找出影响建筑工程项目建设过程中现场造价的因素，并对之进行分析，探索出能提高造价管理的方法。 关键词：工程管理 造价管理 施工管理 全过程周期理论 Analysis of factors affecting field cost in construction projects Abstract:The construction project refers to a design task book and overall design, economically independent accounting, and an independent construction organization project.
