PAGE IV 题目： 工程项目技术创新动力机制研究 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 摘要:工程项目的发展往往会带来科学技术的创新，尤其是近些年信息时代的高速发展，使得科技创新有了里程碑式的进步。众所周知的，技术创新需要以工程项目的革新作为基础，而工程项目也正是其根源，同样的也是工程类行业必不可少的关键性组织。可以说，研究技术创新及其动力机制对工程项目的革新具有重大意义。 笔者在此研究工程项目技术创新动力系统，旨在指出工程项目类的驱动性技术创新，从而为此产业的顺利发展起到一定的理论借鉴作用。笔者通过分析工程项目的动力机制，从不同的角度来研究其交互作用，并深刻了解到突破过去只有一个项目为研究对象的限制,更准确地把握项目的技术创新所面临的全球性问题。 本文在分析了技术创新的动力机制后，结合项目工程行业的现状，构建项目关于工程技术创新的动力机制方面的模型。本文一共分为五个主体部分，第一主体部分为绪论，具体讲述本研究的基础及作用，分析了研究主体对象及工程技术创新行业现状，最后提出研究的思路与方法、可行性等；第二部分为技术创新的动力要素，主要包括协同作用、推力及拉力；第三主体部分为从古至今以来技术创新的几种主流模式，包括技术推动模式、需求拉动模式、技术推-市场拉模式及社会需求资源关系模式五种理论；第四部分是根据相关模式，构建了项目工程宏观-微观双向驱动技术创新动力机制；最后为总结与展望。 关键词：工程项目；技术创新；动力机制 Research on Dynamic Mechanism of Technological Innovation in Engineering Projects Abstract：With the rapid development of engineering projects in recent years, technological innovation has achieved remarkable results. Engineering projects are the foundation and carrier in the field of technological innovation, and are indispensable and important components of the engineering industry in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the dynamic mechanism of technological innovation in engineering projects. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the dynamic factors of the technological innovation of engineering projects through the comprehensive analysis of the dynamic system of the technological innovation of engineering projects, and to provide the theoretical basis for the sustainable and healthy development of the technological innovation of engineering projects. The dynamic mechanism of technological innovation from the angle of engineering project is analyzed, and the interaction of different types of participants in technological innovation activities is brought into the research system. Breaking through the limitation of taking the technological innovation of a single enterprise (or organization) as the research object in the past is helpful to grasp the problems faced by the engineering technological innov
