PAGE I PAGE II 工程项目全过程管理方法研究 摘要 随着企业规模的不断壮大以及建筑业的不断发展, 当前建筑市场所使用的工程建设管理方式已经无法满足现实的需要，工程项目的全过程管理逐渐成为项目管理模式中的主流。为了探索和分析工程项目全过程管理如何更好地在工程项目管理中落地应用,文章通过查阅相关文献，并且调研实际项目，深入地研究并分析了工程项目全过程管理方法的现状和整个项目经历的各个阶段，以及每个阶段的工作意义，管理的内容以及管理方法和管理流程。项目的管理存在于项目的每一个阶段，在整个项目的实施过程当中，为了得到先前想要的成果，通常会使用现代化的管理方法，创设全新的管理模式和文化，使整个经营管理的历程处于一个受控的状态，从而达到工程项目管理的最终目的。本文重点讨论和研究项目全过程管理各阶段的管理方法，将一些先进的管理方法应用于实际管理中，来提高管理效率。 关键词: 工程项目；全过程管理；管理方法；流程设计 Abstract With the continuous growth of enterprise scale and the continuous development of construction industry, the current construction management mode used in the construction market has been unable to meet the needs of reality, and the whole process management of engineering projects has gradually become the mainstream of project management mode. In order to explore and analyze how the whole process management of engineering projects can be better applied in engineering project management, this paper thoroughly studies and analyses the current situation of the whole process management methods of engineering projects and the stages of the whole project, as well as the significance of each stage, the contents of management, management methods and management flow through consulting relevant literature and investigating actual projects.
