PAGE PAGE １９ 工程项目进度款支付管理和控制研究 摘 要 随着我国经济的快速发展，建设项目的投资日益增多，并成为我国重要的产业之一。建筑工程项目具有建设周期较长、投入金额大等特点，在施工阶段中的工程项目资金主要以工程进度款的形式在建设方与施工方中流动。 工程项目按照招投标方式建筑施工，结合合同相关条例规定，理论上能够保证工程项目进度款合理支付，但实际施工作业中，受到多种因素影响，会使进度款支付流程产生一定的问题，为规避风险，工程参与方会制定一定的控制手段与管理方法；本文以华润深圳湾国际商业中心项目为例，分析其进度款支付管理办法，并结合理论与案例，提取并分析影响因子，以得出相应结论。 关键词：工程进度款 支付管理 成本控制 Abstract As Chinas economy rapidly developed, the investment on construction projects has increased. It has become one of the most important industries of the country. Large investment amount and long construction period are the characterristics of construction projects. In the construction phase, the funds of projects usually flows between the property developers and the constuction parties in the form of project progress payment. Construction projects in accordance with bidding and bidding methods combined with the relevant regulations of the contract, can theoretically guarantee the reasonable payment of project progress payments, but in actual construction operations, affected by many factors, the progress payment process will have certain problems, To avoid risks, the project participants will formulate certain control methods and management methods. This paper takes the China Resources Shenzhen Bay International Business Center project as an example to analyze its progress payment management methods, and combines theories and cases to extract and analyze the impact factors,so as to draw the corresponding conclusions.
