Unit7 SectionB 2b Reading教学设计 Should I be allowed to make my own decisions? 课型: 阅读 执教人： 单位： 一、教材分析 本课围绕主人公“LiuYu”是否应该被允许做出自己的决定这一话题展开，给出不同人物观点。通过课文学习，学生将学会不同意见的表达方式以及一些新词汇，并进一步巩固宾语从句用法，从而能在日常生活中用英语恰当地表达自己的观点,有效与他人沟通。 二、教学目标 （一）知识目标 1.Words and phrases to remember: support, enter, succeed, achieve, choice, taught, chance get in the way, care about, make one’s decision, be serious about, spend time on, achieve one’s dream, have a chance to do sth etc. 2. Sentences to pay attention to: 1).He needs to think about what will happen if he doesn’t end up as a professional runner. They always talk about what will happen if I don’t succeed. 2).Only then will I have a chance of achieving my dream. （二）能力目标 Cultivate one’s reading ability in two ways: read in paragraphs and read in whole. Learn to express one’s opinion （三）情感目标 Learn to arrange one’s time on schoolwork and hobby properly by reading. 三、教学重点、难点 1.表达意见的相关词汇及句型：get in the way, care about, make one’s decision, be serious about, spend time on, achieve one’s dream, have a chance to do---etc. 2. 学会表达自己的观点方式 3.阅读技能学习，侧重速读与精读技能学习，熟练运用到阅读过程中 【设计理念】能够运用句型组织句子；并能通过语言知识，学会熟练表达自己的观点，达到“练中学，学中用。”四、教学方法 任务型语言教学法、自主探究、 【设计理念】设计合理并具有挑战性的任务，让学生通过使用目标语言，体验成功之快乐；运用各种学习活动，调动学生内在的学习动机。 五、教学过程 I.
