Where did the writer go to see the paintings? What did many people do when they were viewing artworks according to the blog entry? What was the writer’s attitude towards the act of viewing artworks through smartphones? Suggested answers: The writer saw the paintings in the National Gallery. Many people viewed important and precious artworks through their smartphones. They seemed more interested in taking photos and recording videos of artworks than appreciating them with their own eyes.
