英文原文 Remote-control Crawler Drill Abstract In this paper, the development of the GDY-2000L type multi-function track-mounted engineering drilling rig is introduced, which emphasis on the hydraulic controlling system and wireless remote controlling system. Combined with the field test, it shows that the GDY-2000L type engineering rig can meet the demands of geological boreholes and geophysical blasting boreholes with complex conditions on the ground. Keywords: Drilling rig; remote control system; load-sensing pump,;GDY-2000L, DTH Introduction Now, as the intensity of all kinds of resource exploration is increasing in China construction of geophysical prospecting equipment is increasing too. At present, the drilling sites are mostly located at mountains, hills, or close to the desert [1]. All kinds of construction sites have a lot of problems such as water supply and electricity transmission, which are associated with the difficult conditions in the working area. It is difficult for our contractor to carry out the construction quickly under such serious conditions. Today many boreholes are drilled by contractors using truck-mounted rigs by in such areas in China. There are many disadvantages of using truck-mounted equipment to drill in these areas. In order to meet the needs of drilling sites with tough conditions drill, a new trackmounted drilling rig was developed. Drill Components The GDY--2000L drilling rig consists of a propulsion drive, rotation unit, feed assembly, operating control, and power station. The crawler tracks are made from high strength materials, which can support the heavy weight of the rig and overcome the tough road conditions.
